Serving a hybrid role of Digital Content Strategist and e-commerce Manager at Samsung Electronics America, I was responsible for developing and executing consumer-facing digital content strategies across all phases of a campaign lifecycle, in support of global flagship product launches (Galaxy phones, TVs, watches, audio, and mobile accessories) and seasonal campaigns for an over $650M growth-focused dTc e-commerce channel on Samsung.com.

Directly managed three agency partners and was an approving stakeholder responsible for: 
  • development and execution of consumer journey across desktop and mobile experiences on Samsung.com.

  • leveraging data and consumer insights to drive programming.

  • continuously driving backend optimizations and efficiencies to deliver best-in-class experience that drove conversion.

I worked cross-functionally to support content syndication across marketing channels and retail/carrier partners. I also regularly collaborated with Samsung HQ in Seoul along with US led teams in Seattle and Dallas across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Legal, Big Data, Engineering, Pricing and Operations, Omni-channel, and App teams.
